1. Introduction
These Terms of Service govern your use of wouessi.com and any service operated by Wouessi Inc. (Ontario, Canada with United States operations from Arlington, Virginia). By using the site you agree to these Terms.
2. Services
The site provides marketing information about our consulting, AI, software, and product offerings. Customer engagements are governed by separately signed Master Service Agreements (MSA), Statements of Work (SOW), and Data Processing Agreements (DPA).
3. Acceptable use
You will not (a) reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or attempt to bypass authentication; (b) use the site to harass, defame, or violate any law; (c) interfere with the site's security or availability; (d) submit content you do not have the right to submit.
4. Intellectual property
All site content, design, code, and trademarks are owned by Wouessi or licensed to it. The Wouessi name, the Stanza-46 name, and our logos are trademarks. The Context Object specification (when published) is licensed under CC-BY 4.0.
5. Disclaimers
The site is provided as is. We disclaim all warranties to the extent permitted by law. No information on this site constitutes legal, financial, or medical advice.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wouessi's aggregate liability arising from your use of the site is limited to CAD 100. This does not limit liability that cannot be excluded by law (such as gross negligence or intentional misconduct).
7. Indemnification
You will indemnify Wouessi from claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your unauthorized use of the site.
8. Governing law and venue
For Canadian users, these Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, with venue in Toronto. For US users, by the laws of Virginia, with venue in Arlington. EU users retain mandatory consumer rights.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach. Sections 4 to 9 survive termination.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes are announced 30 days in advance with the version and date stamped above.
